What you are buying
Golf Event Ready offers the complete golf tournament planning kit as a one-time purchase of six digital product files: two XLSX workbooks, a PDF guide, editable HTML event and email studios and a TXT start file. The ZIP also includes the offline Personalize Your Kit tool. The $39 document kit does not include consulting. Neither package includes a physical item, live registration, payment collection for your event, custom design or event management.
Price and nonprofit offer
The standard bundle is $39 CAD. Approved nonprofits and charities receive the identical bundle for $19.50 CAD, a 50% reduction. The Caddie Package is $299 CAD, or $149.50 CAD for approved nonprofits, with the same service at both prices. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. A nonprofit request must be approved before purchase. Approval is for the requesting organization’s use and one discounted purchase; it does not create a public coupon or combine with another offer.
The Caddie Package
This package includes all six digital files plus access to Ari for practical guidance throughout the planning of your event. It includes Zoom conversations, follow-up questions by email, a planning questionnaire and personalized action checklists. There is no fixed one-call limit. Calls are arranged by mutual agreement and subject to Ari’s availability. This is planning support; sponsor outreach on your behalf and event management are not included.
After purchase, email golfeventready@gmail.com with your Wix order number, event details and preferred times. Ari will reply to arrange Zoom and share your action checklist. Contact Ari about availability if your deadline is close.
Personalized downloads
The download includes an offline tool to fill company and event details in your files. You can generate new copies and edit your working files. The worked example retains fictional financial and attendee data.
Payment and access
Wix handles checkout and provides the download after payment. Keep your Wix order email and a local copy. If you have trouble getting your files, contact support with your order number and checkout email.
Permitted use
The purchaser may adapt the files for events they organize, including client events, and share working copies with the event team. Event-specific signs, proposals and briefings may be distributed to attendees and sponsors. You may not resell or publicly redistribute the blank toolkit or templates as another product.
Software and limits
The files require compatible desktop software. Formula calculations were checked in the authoring engine; native Excel and Google Sheets import were not independently tested. Check dates, dropdowns and totals in your chosen application. Workbook row limits and extension instructions are stated in the guide and product page. No automatic upgrades or lifetime software update promise is included. The Caddie Package includes the planning support described above.
Product issues and refunds
Contact support for corrupted files, access problems, duplicate payments or a product that materially differs from its description. Refund requests are reviewed individually. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Event responsibilities
Verify costs, contracts, dates, financial inputs, privacy practices and permissions for your event. The toolkit does not authorize a draw or raffle, issue charitable receipts or provide legal, tax or insurance advice. Example data is fictional. No fundraising, attendance or financial result is guaranteed.
Independent product
