Golf Event Ready uses the information you submit to process purchases, review nonprofit pricing and respond to support requests. Email golfeventready@gmail.com for privacy or deletion questions.
Purchases and downloads
Wix handles checkout and download delivery. Golf Event Ready uses Wix order details to fulfill purchases and provide support. Golf Event Ready does not receive full card numbers.
Company and event personalization
The included personalization tool runs offline in your browser and does not send your entries to Golf Event Ready. The files you generate contain the details you enter, so share them only with appropriate recipients.
Nonprofit requests
We store the organization name, contact email, country, registration number, public links and review notes supplied for eligibility review. We do not request Benevity credentials, banking records or identity documents. Review is manual. We do not submit applications to Benevity on your behalf.
Planning calls
Caddie customers can email Ari their order number, event overview, questions and availability to arrange a call. Zoom operates under its own privacy policy. Avoid sending attendee lists or payment information.
Support
Messages and the contact email you provide are stored for the owner to handle the request. No automatic confirmation or marketing email is sent by this version.
Hosting, security and access
Wix and the form hosting platform process normal access information. Short-lived hashed network identifiers are used to limit form abuse. Keep your Wix order email and download link private.
Your downloaded files
The workbook and HTML templates do not send your event data to this site. You control the copies and information entered into them. Do not put private participant information in publicly shared event files.
Retention and requests
Order records are retained for fulfillment and accounting needs. Nonprofit and support records are retained until the owner resolves or removes them, subject to legitimate recordkeeping needs. To request access, correction or deletion, email golfeventready@gmail.com and provide only the minimum information needed to identify your request.
External services
Wix, Zoom and Benevity operate under their own privacy policies. The Benevity resource link takes you to an independent site. No Benevity login or automatic status lookup occurs here.
