01What is the difference between the kit and The Caddie Package?
The $39 document kit includes all six planning files. The $299 Caddie Package adds planning support from Ari throughout your event planning, Zoom conversations arranged together, a planning questionnaire and personalized action checklists. Both prices are paid upfront; neither includes event management, live scoring or payment collection for your event. Approved nonprofits pay $19.50 or $149.50 respectively.
02Can I change my company details after purchase?
Yes. Open Personalize Your Kit from the Wix download. Enter or update your company and event details to generate fresh files. Both workbooks include editable company details; the clean workbook also starts with your event name and date. The worked example retains its fictional figures. The event and email studios arrive prefilled and remain editable offline. The PDF guide includes an editable details cover. Fresh downloads do not carry over changes you made inside previous copies.
03How do I arrange my Caddie call?
After purchase, email golfeventready@gmail.com with your Wix order number, event details and preferred times with your time zone. Ari will reply to arrange Zoom. If you have a close deadline, ask about availability through support before purchasing.
04Can I change the call time?
Email golfeventready@gmail.com with your order reference as soon as you need a change. A new time must be agreed with Ari. Contact support if a suitable time cannot be arranged. You can keep in touch with Ari for further guidance while planning your event.
05Will it work for charity tournaments and corporate outings?
Yes. The files cover budgets, sponsors, players, volunteers, prizes and event schedules. Use a new copy for each event and adapt the assumptions to your venue, format and audience.
06What software and workbook capacity do I need?
Use a desktop spreadsheet app that opens XLSX, a PDF reader and a modern browser for the HTML templates. The workbook has space for 80 sponsors, 80 outreach records, 200 guests, 80 prizes, 50 volunteers, 40 schedule rows and 50 tasks. The guide explains how to extend linked formulas. Native Excel and Google Sheets import were not independently tested.
07Can I reuse the kit for future events or client work?
Yes. The purchaser can adapt it for events they organize, including client events, and share working copies with their event team. You may distribute event-specific signs and proposals. You may not resell or publicly redistribute the blank templates.
08How is the nonprofit discount approved?
Email the legal organization name, registration information and a public Benevity or official registry reference. Review is manual. If approved, Golf Event Ready emails you a Wix checkout link for the $19.50 document kit or $149.50 Caddie Package. One discounted purchase per approval. A self-declaration alone does not unlock the discount.
09What if I have trouble downloading or opening a file?
Email golfeventready@gmail.com with your order reference and checkout email. Keep your Wix order email and a local copy of the download. We review access problems, corrupted files and product issues under the product terms.
10Does the kit handle raffle permission or donation receipts?
No. Confirm local fundraising, raffle, insurance, tax and venue requirements with the responsible organization. The kit is a planning resource, not legal or tax advice.
